JJ Powell
Hailing from a prestigious background as a West End alumni, Powell pursued a career in international law. Representing titans of industry, philanthropic causes, human rights activism and political campaigns, Powell brought his signature sense of poise and performance from the courtroom to the boardroom and quickly built a staggering reputation as an indomitable force. Inspired to return to his theatre roots and bring his global experience to the stage Powell founded Neptune Productions and is CEO and head of legal counsel for the company.

Anna Ostergren
Anna started her career as a theatre director working with Harold Pinter, and has since worked at NT, The Globe and Opera North. She is also working as an acting consultant for Netflix. She is the co-founder of the behavioural strategy consultancy Or8 where she coaches C-suite and a number of populations throughout organisations. She is sector agnostic and works with an international client base.

Samantha de Silva
An international chef and hotelier, de Silva carved out a unique niche in the world of hospitality and entertainment. Consulting and operating for some of the most influential brands in spirits, luxury hotels, entertainment and restaurants across the world to bring her brand of grace, effective execution and progressive alignment to the table. de Silva joined Neptune Productions as COO and Strategic Partnership Director in 2023.
